Any Guest who fails to comply with the Terms of Sale, including without limitation those listed above, may at the discretion of Adventure Aquarium have their Ticket revoked or confiscated by Adventure Aquarium here with no refund of any amount paid therefor. Upon such revocation or confiscation, the applicable Guest and all members of their party shall have no right to remain in, on, or about the Property. Adventure Aquarium reserves the right to ban such individuals from future admission to all or any of its Properties or from participation in any Herschend Family Entertainment Activities.

Yes! Adventure Aquarium has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory needs. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing disorders by supplying our Team Members with continuous training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.
Sensory Bags
Sensory bags containing special KultureCity VIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and other resources are available for checkout (with a $10 refundable deposit) at our Info Desk located on the Lower Level just inside the Main Entrance.
Weighted Lap Pad
A weighted lap pad is also available upon request (with a $10 refundable deposit) at our Info Desk located on the Lower Level just inside the Main Entrance.
Headphone Zones
Keep an eye out for signage around the venue that indicate “Headphone Zones,” or louder areas of the aquarium to remind guests to utilize their noise-cancelling headphones in those areas if needed.
Designated Quiet Area
Adventure Aquarium’s multi-use Nursing and Family Room can be used as a private quiet space for guests experiencing sensory overload. If you require a bigger space for some quiet, alert a member of our staff and they can take you to one of our private, behind-the-scenes areas.

While strollers of a specific size are welcome in select areas of the Aquarium, we strongly encourage you to leave them at home or in the car.
Effective April 1, 2023:
For ease of flow and the comfort and safety of other guests navigating narrow walkways, wagons/wagon-style strollers of any size and strollers larger than 31” X 52” (79 cm X 132 cm) are prohibited.
Strollers, presented by Shriners Hospital for Children, are available to rent.
A fully refundable $10 deposit is required for all stroller rentals. Strollers cannot be reserved. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adventure Aquarium’s wagon/stroller policy is waived for families with disabilities using these as an ambulatory device.

For your convenience and the comfort of all of our guests, all of our restrooms (male and female) are equipped with baby-changing stations. Our mother's nursing room is also provided for your convenience. You can find our nursing room in Blue Mile.
Lockers are available for daily rental in the main lobby. Cash and credit cards accepted.
Adventure Aquarium is fully accessible for our guests in wheelchairs/electric convenience vehicles and for those who find steps are a challenge. Manual wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECV) are available for rental at the Information Desk in the Main Lobby daily. A manual wheelchair can be rented for $6, with a fully-refundable $10 deposit required. Segways are not permitted inside Adventure Aquarium.

The average time spent visiting Adventure Aquarium is 2-3 hours, it's a self-guided tour so each persons visit will differ.
Tickets will need to be purchased at the window in order to receive the coupon discount or to apply a gift card. They cannot be used towards online purchases.
No, Adventure Aquarium does not have reciprocity with any other facility except the Newport Aquarium in Kentucky.
All exhibits, with the exception of our Penguin Park exhibit, are inside.
Still cameras for personal use may be brought into the aquarium. Please be courteous to other guests around you and do not block others from viewing exhibits when taking pictures. Camera cases will be inspected prior to entrance into the aquarium. Tripods and monopods are prohibited.
No, Camden residents do not get a discount or free admission.
Visitors with severe disabilities may be accompanied by paid Personal Care Attendants (PCA) at no additional cost during their visit to Adventure Aquarium. This applies to all ticketed events that the visitor is attending. This also applies to individual, membership, complimentary and group sales tickets.
Visitors with severe disabilities who wish to purchase advance tickets should contact 844-474-FISH (3474) to request complimentary companion tickets for a paid PCA. These tickets must be picked up in person by the visitor and the paid PCA at the Box Office.

During the Year: Late summer, fall and early winter are generally the LEAST busy times at Adventure Aquarium. The MOST popular days are when school is not in session, such as holidays:
During the Day: For the best experience consider visiting in the afternoon on weekdays after the majority of our Group/School Group visitors have left for the day; or before 11:00 AM or after 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
School Field Trip & Summer Camp Days: Adventure Aquarium is a popular choice for field trips, especially weekdays in April (except during Spring Break); May & Mid-June; as well as for Summer Camp Groups in July and August. Arriving after 1:00 PM is recommended on those days.
Parking Authority of the City Of Camden (PACC)
Guests can drop off and pick up at the designated accessible area on the Aquarium Loop Drive next to the Box Office.
Members and General Admission guests can pay at the parking payment kiosk next to the Box Office OR as they exit the parking lot. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
