What Can I Do With My Online Account?

  • Saving your information will make future purchases even easier! Use your Online Account to update and manage your address, phone number, email, payment information, and more.
  • See all your tickets and Memberships in one place with details including validity dates and more.
  • Want to manage your family’s Membership all in one spot? You can easily link your family’s Membership passes to your account by typing in the number found either on the front or back of your Membership card and the phone number associated with that pass.
  • If your membership was purchased AFTER 2/17/2023, you can view your digital Bring-A-Friend tickets through your Online Account, which you can present on your mobile device or by printing the tickets off ahead of time.
  • If your membership was purchased PRIOR to 2/17/2023, your Bring-A-Friend tickets will be available to pick up when you process your pass at the Aquarium.
  • See your entire online order history, including dates and payment amounts.

How to Manage and Renew Passes within your Account

Members are required to have an Online Account when purchasing online. With an Online Account, you will be able to easily access your Membership and perks like Bring-A-Friend tickets and exclusive discounts.

Desktop, you can navigate to the account section of the website via Sign In (if you already have an account) or Register (if you need to create an account) in the upper RIGHT of the navigation.

On Mobile, the Sign In or Register and Account links are in the hamburger menu in the upper LEFT.

We are excited that you are interested in purchasing a new Membership! To purchase a new Membership or a Membership that is exclusively offered to a select group, please visit the Membership Page and make your selections. You will be sent through a page where you simply tell us how many passes of each type you would like.

Passholders are required to have an Online Account when purchasing online. After adding to cart, you will be asked for your email address for your Online Account. Your email address will be validated and you will be asked for additional information to continue with your purchasing.

Renewal process will not change from what's currently on the Membership Renewal page. 

After linking, purchasing or renewing your Membership from within your online account is simple! You can find your Member ID as well as your barcode in your online account, too.

Option #1: Membership module
On your Account Overview page, click/tap on each Membership to expand and see that Membership's details. From there you can click/tap "View" for your digital ticket.
Option #2: If that doesn't reveal your Membership and you have recently renewed or purchased that Membership, try your recent Orders module.
Once there, click/tap the arrow on the far right of your recent order. Then on that next page scroll down to retrieve your digital tickets.
