Yes, you can make a reservation up to 45 days prior to your visit. This allows us to maintain social distancing guidelines and give you a great guest experience.
No. Member visitation reservation is complimentary.
Reservations can be made up to 45 days prior to your visit. Keeping your reservations accurate is important to make sure everyone gets to visit. If you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to your visit, your future reservations may be subject to future restrictions and blackout dates.
Due to social distancing and limited capacity availability, when booking your reservation please ensure you are able to honor your reservation. In the instance your plans change, please cancel your reservation via a link in your confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to your visit, your pass may be subject to future restrictions and blackout dates.
Yes. When you make a reservation for the passholders in your party, you will be prompted to include any BAFF Tickets you wish to use during your visit. BAFF Ticket validity still applies when making a reservation, and you can only include a specific BAFF Ticket in one reservation.
Member BAFF validity dates have changed to October 31, 2020 to allow you more time to use them
Yes. You can use the 17-digit alphanumeric barcode on your print-at-home Member confirmation ticket to make your reservation.
Yes, reservations can be made on the day of your visit but are subject to availability based on capacity. Reservations can be made up to 45 days before visiting.
Please be sure that you and each person in your party listed on the reservation brings their Membership, Bring-A-Friend Ticket(s) or Daily Ticket on the day of your visit. Print the confirmation email you received with your reservation or display it on your mobile device and be prepared to present it at the ticketing gate. If activating a PreK Kids Adventure Pass, please bring an original or copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or Green Card to confirm their age in order to process their pass.
Yes, your ticket is still valid until October 31, 2020 and no further payment is required. To make a reservation, simply go through the Reservation Website and enter the barcode on the ticket and choose the date that you would like to visit in order to complete your reservation.
Simply go through the Reservation System for members to reserve a specific date and time for the Adventure Pass visit. Then, purchase a daily ticket online and select the same date and time of visit.
Please bring the required identification (an original or copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or Green Card) for verification, with the ticket included in your confirmation email to the designated member/group entrance where we will process and print the Pre-K Adventure Pass.

Great news! Processed annual memberships are automatically extended by 120 days. If your membership expired during the closure, the balance of days between our closure date of March 16 and your expiration date have been added. If you have purchased, but not yet activated a Membership, the year of underwater fun will not begin until the Membership is activated. Thank you for your support during the temporary closure.
