How can I purchase a Membership?
Memberships can be purchased online, over the phone at 1-844-474-FISH (3474) or at the Box Office during your next visit.
What are the differences between Regular and Gold Memberships?
Both Memberships provide excellent value with unlimited visits to Adventure Aquarium and more access to special Member-only events and discounts.
As a Gold Member you will receive a coupon sheet valued at $50. These coupons include 20% off at The Gift Shop and H2O Photo, as well as additional Member benefits. You also receive two Seasonal Bring-A-Friend passes with each Gold Membership purchased. This is at least a $90 value all for just $15 more than a Regular Membership.
Do I need to buy individual Memberships for everyone in my family?
Yes. Memberships are for individual people. When you purchase your Membership, you will be asked to take a photo that will be printed on your Membership card. Memberships are non-transferable and only one person is named to each Membership.
When does my Membership expire?
The expiration date of the Membership will be printed on your Membership card. All Memberships are valid for one full year and will run until the end of the month of activation.
You will receive email renewal reminders with a special early-renewal price and some of our upcoming exhibits and events. You will not lose any time on the Membership if renewed before the expiration date. The new Membership will commence when the current one expires.
How will I receive my Membership ID card?
You will receive a one-time-use voucher for each Membership purchased. This voucher will act as your admission ticket to Adventure Aquarium. Redeem your Membership using that voucher at the Member Services kiosk located in the Rotunda. Each individual must be present and have their photograph taken to redeem their Membership.
How will I know about Members-only events?
We will email you with invitations to Member-only events held throughout the year. The monthly Newsplash email will also update you on special events, new exhibits, and animal updates at Adventure Aquarium.
Is there a discount for guests who accompany me to Adventure Aquarium?
Yes. You can purchase General Admission tickets for guests visiting with you for a $4 discount. Please show your Membership card at the Box Office when purchasing tickets.
When can I use my Bring-A-Friend passes that come with my Gold Membership?
Each Gold Member – adult or child – receives two Seasonal Bring-A-Friend passes with their Membership. You can use one during your first six months as a member and the other during the following six months.
Quarterly Bring-A-Friend Days are scheduled throughout the year. You will be notified by email prior to these days.
What do I do if I lose my Membership card?
Visit the Box Office on the day of your visit. You will receive a temporary pass for entrance into Adventure Aquarium. Stop by the Information Desk in the lobby to receive a voucher for a new Membership card. You will be charged $5 per replacement.
How much is parking for Members?
Members pay only $5 for parking at Adventure Aquarium. Before you exit the Aquarium after each visit, please go to the Information Desk and present your Membership card. You will receive your discounted parking voucher. Insert the voucher at the parking lot gate before payment when exiting the lot and your parking will be discounted.
Do I receive any discounts at other attractions?
Yes, you can receive a 50% discount at all Herschend Family Entertainment Properties including Dollywood (Pigeon Forge, TN), Silver Dollar City (Branson, MO), Stone Mountain Park (Atlanta, GA), Wild Adventures (Valdosta, GA), and Newport Aquarium (Newport, KY)
