Guests at this special event can wear costumes during their visit. The following guidelines are designed to help ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience. In addition to these guidelines, all guests are expected to follow Adventure Aquarium's standard dress, clothing and costume policies during their visit.

All costumes must be family-friendly while in the Aquarium. Adventure Aquarium management has the right to refuse entry to or remove from the property any costume deemed inappropriate.

• Costumes with excessive gore, inappropriately revealing, or with inappropriate language or imagery will not be permitted.
• Some costume pieces including but not limited to capes, headwear and oversized items may need to be removed to partake in attractions.
• Props or accessories that resemble real weapons are not allowed.
• Costumes should not include sharp or pointed elements that could unintentionally come into contact with others.
• Full-body or heavily-layered costumes are discouraged and may require additional screening.
• Costumes should not drag on the ground (for example, full-length gowns).
• Capes are permitted if they fall no lower than the waist.
• Face masks or face coverings are not permitted 

All guests attending Sips Undersea events must be 21+ or older and present valid, unexpired photo ID upon entry. Guests who do not have valid photo ID will not be admitted entry.

Valid photo ID includes:

• Driver's license
• State ID card
• Passport
• Military ID

Below is a non-exhaustive list of identification not acceptable for entry to Sips Undersea.

• Expired IDs of any kind
• Photos of ID
• Student or work ID
• Birth certificate
• Temporary paper license 

Parking is $10 and located in the Hippo and Penguin lots located directly across from the Aquarium. 

Guests will pull a ticket from the parking kiosk at entry. This ticket will be used to pay for parking upon exit, or before returning to the lot by scanning the ticket’s QR code using a mobile device or the parking kiosk in the Main Lobby. All major credit cards are accepted. 

Guests wishing to pay cash for parking can do so at the dedicated cash kiosk in the Main Lobby. 

*Adventure Aquarium cannot offer parking discounts or refunds to guests who park outside the Aquarium’s Hippo and Penguin lots. 

To ensure that we are not disrupting their normal bedtime schedules, some animals may be off exhibit or not visible during after-hours events.
