Starting January 1, 2025, Adventure Aquarium Membership Cards are going digital!
By going digital, we aim to reduce plastic waste and make it easier for you to access your membership anytime, anywhere. As a result, physical Membership Cards will no longer be available.
Always have your Membership Card at your fingertips with convenient digital access using your Adventure Aquarium Online Account! All Members are required to have an Adventure Aquarium Online Account, where you can easily view or renew current Memberships and perks. If you don’t already have your Membership(s) linked, learn how to navigate your account, add passes to your mobile wallet and more below.
Remember: Members over the age of 13 with a valid email address can create their own Online Account and easily link their Annual Membership to their personal device. Be sure to download the Adventure Aquarium Mobile App for easy access to your Membership Card and perks like Bring-A-Friend tickets and exclusive discounts, along with the Aquarium’s map and daily schedule of activities! To ensure the best experience, we recommend that current app users update to the latest version.
Members are required to have an Adventure Aquarium Online Account when purchasing Annual Memberships. With an Online Account, you can easily access your Membership Card and perks like Bring-A-Friend tickets and exclusive discounts. Plus, you also have easy access to membership renewals.
Visit the Account Overview page. You will be asked to Sign In if you already have an account or to provide new account information if you don’t.
Users can link Memberships to their Adventure Aquarium Online Account to easily access their digital Membership Cards and perks like exclusive discounts and entitlements.
Once logged into your Account, scroll down to the Passes module on the Account Overview page and click/tap on "Link Passes". This will take you to where you can link new Memberships.
To link a Membership, select the "+Add Pass" option and provide the Membership ID and phone number associated with your Membership.

To access your Membership(s) via the Adventure Aquarium app, click on “My Account,” located in the bottom right corner of your home screen and log in with the username and password used at the time of your membership purchase. Linked Memberships will automatically appear within your account.
If you do not have any linked Memberships or would like to link additional memberships to your account, choose “Link Pass” in the upper right corner of your account screen and enter the Membership ID and corresponding phone number.
To add a Membership Card to your Mobile Wallet, it must first be linked to your online account. Once added, you can view your membership and select “Add To Apple Wallet” or “Add To Google Wallet”.
You can find your Membership with your Member ID as well as your digital admission QR code or barcode in your Online Account.
Option #1: Passes module
On your Account Overview page, click/tap on each pass to expand and see that Membership's details. From there you can click/tap "View" for your digital Membership Card.
Option #2: If that doesn't reveal your Membership Card and you have recently renewed or purchased that Membership, try your “Recent Orders” module.
Once there, click/tap on your recent order to reveal your order confirmation and scroll down to retrieve your digital Membership Card.

We’re excited that you’re interested in purchasing a new Annual Membership! To purchase a Membership, please visit the Memberships page and make your selections.
Purchasers are required to have an Online Account when purchasing Annual Memberships. When purchasing online, you will be asked for your email address for your Online Account after adding a Membership to your cart. Your email address will be validated, and you will be asked for additional information to continue with your purchase.
Bring-A-Friend ticket entitlements will automatically be loaded into your Online Account. Clicking on those entitlements will allow you to scan your tickets for admission.
To redeem this benefit, your Membership must be linked to your Online Account. You can create a new account or access your existing account here.
In the My Entitlements section, select the FREE Bring-A-Friend ticket(s) you'd like to redeem and proceed to select your desired entry date and time.
Members without smartphone access can request a physical Membership Card at the Box Office before entry – a $5 printing fee is required.
Yes! Your current Membership Card can still be scanned and used for entry if your Member # doesn’t change. Your Member Card will no longer be valid if you purchase a new membership instead of renewing your pass.
If you lose your physical membership card, you can download the Adventure Aquarium app to access your digital Membership Card, which can be scanned for entry.
While we highly encourage Members to go green and skip the plastic, a replacement card can be requested at the Box Office for a $5 printing fee.
