Advanced online reservations are required for Silver and Gold Members. Platinum members are not required to make a reservation.

Arrive on time! You may enter Adventure Aquarium up to 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after your designated reservation time. If you are visiting during the first time slot of the day, you may only arrive up to 30 minutes AFTER your designated reservation time. Due to capacity limitations, we may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive any earlier or later than the 30-minute buffer.

No. Member visitation reservation is complimentary.
Reservations can be made up to 45 days prior to your visit. Keeping your reservations accurate is important to make sure everyone gets to visit. If you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to your visit, your future reservations may be subject to future restrictions and blackout dates.
In order to manage our daily capacity, when booking your reservation please ensure you are able to honor your reservation. In the instance your plans change, please cancel your reservation via a link in your confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not cancel within 48 hours prior to your visit, your pass may be subject to future restrictions and blackout dates.
Yes. You can use the 17-digit alphanumeric barcode on your print-at-home Member confirmation ticket to make your reservation.
Yes, reservations can be made on the day of your visit but are subject to availability based on capacity. Reservations can be made up to 45 days before visiting.
Please be sure that you and each person in your party listed on the reservation brings their Membership, Bring-A-Friend Ticket(s) or Daily Ticket on the day of your visit. Print the confirmation email you received with your reservation or display it on your mobile device and be prepared to present it at the ticketing gate. If activating a PreK Kids Adventure Pass, please bring an original or copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or Green Card to confirm their age in order to process their pass.
Simply go through the Reservation System for members to reserve a specific date and time for the Adventure Pass visit. Then, purchase a daily ticket online and select the same date and time of visit.
Please bring the required identification (an original or copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or Green Card) for verification, with the ticket included in your confirmation email to the designated member/group entrance where we will process and print the Pre-K Adventure Pass.
