When can I use my 3D movie voucher on the day I purchase my Membership?

You can utilize your 3D movie voucher at any time during your Membership year. Every Membership comes with (1) one complimentary 3D movie voucher and Gold Memberships come with (2) two vouchers. To use your 3D movie voucher simply go to the 3D Desk in the Rotunda across from Stingray Beach Club to reserve a seat for the next show.

Is the free Bring-A-Friend pass for Gold Memberships a one-time guest pass?

Yes, the Bring-A-Friend pass that you receive with your Gold Membership is a one-time use pass. However, there are special days throughout the year which allow you to bring friends free of charge. You will be notified via email for these days.

What are the differences between Regular and Gold Memberships?

Both Memberships provide excellent value with unlimited visits to Adventure Aquarium and more access to special Members-only events and discounts.

For an even better value, with a Gold Membership, you will receive a coupon sheet valued at $50 for just $15 more than a Regular Membership. You will receive coupons for 20% off The Gift Shop, H20 Photo and Feeding Frenzy Café as well as many other benefits you can find here (link to benefits page). In addition to these discounts, you will also receive a one-time use Bring-A-Friend pass with each Gold Membership.

Is there a discount for guests who accompany me to Adventure Aquarium?

Yes, each guest you bring to Adventure Aquarium will receive a $4 discount off of their general admission ticket. This discount applies to all of your guests. Just present your Membership ID at the Will Call Ticket Window at the Box Office.

How much is parking for Members?

Yes, we still offer discounted parking for Members. Before you exit the Aquarium after each visit, please go to the Information Desk and present your Membership card. You will receive your discounted parking voucher. Upon your exit from the parking lot, present the voucher to the parking attendant and your parking will be discounted.

What do I do if I lose my Membership card?

On the day of your visit, please go to the Will Call window to receive your temporary day pass for admittance to the aquarium. To replace your card, go to the Information Desk in the lobby to receive a voucher for a new pass. A $5 replacement fee is applicable after your first lost card.

When does my Membership expire?

Your Membership will expire one (1) year from the end of the month you redeem it. For example, if you purchase your Membership on November 15, 2016, it will be valid until November 30, 2017.

Is each Membership specific to one person?

Yes, these Memberships are for individual people. When you purchase your pass you will be asked to take a photo that will go on your Membership card. Memberships are non-transferable and there can only be one person named to each Membership.

How will I know about Members-only events?

When you sign up for a Membership you are asked for your email address. We will email you with invitations to our Members-only events held throughout the year. There is also a Monthly Newsplash that will update you on special events, new exhibits and animal updates at Adventure Aquarium.

How can I purchase a Membership?

Memberships can be purchased online here, over the phone at 856-365-3300 or in-person during your next visit.

How will I receive my Membership ID card?

When you arrive at Adventure Aquarium, you will receive a voucher for each of the Memberships you purchase. Once you are inside, you can go to the Membership Desk located near the Rotunda adjacent the 4D Desk at any time during your visit that day.

Are there any Memberships that are similar to the Annual Pass Family options offered previously?

With our new Membership program, you decide the number of passes so it can be tailored to any family size. When you buy 4 or more Memberships you will receive an additional $5 off per pass!
