The Aquarium uses Evolv Technology as its security screening system.
This technology uses AI to screen for and detect dangerous and prohibited items. However, the system occasionally flags harmless personal items such as umbrellas, eyeglass cases, and strollers – which requires a secondary search to ensure guest safety.
Our security team will only ask you to do a secondary search if the Evolv system flags an item of concern on your person. Otherwise, you likely won’t notice the security screening as you enter the Aquarium and begin your visit.
