Activate Your Groupon Membership

  1. Click “Redeem Groupon” below to redeem your Groupon.
  2. Add the [alphanumeric] barcode(s)
  3. Enter the required Guest information for each Membership purchased
  4. Receive your Membership IDs and click "Make A Reservation"
  5. Add any additional Memberships or Free Pre-K Kid's Adventure Passes
  6. Select your desired visit date and time from the calendar
  7. Confirm your reservation details and complete reservation
Please note - your Bring-A-Friend free tickets will be available to pick up when you process your Membership in person.

Parking

Members save on parking! Present your membership at the Information Desk in the main lobby to receive your voucher for 50% off parking each visit. Valid for one voucher per visit.

Bring-A-Friend Days

All Members can bring a friend for free during special Member Bring-A-Friend Days scheduled throughout the year.

Gold Members each receive two seasonal Bring-A-Friend passes that can be used outside of the scheduled Bring-A-Friend dates.*

*One Bring-A-Friend pass can be used once within the first six months of Membership. The other pass can be used once during the following six months.

Gold Benefits

Gold Members receive all of the benefits of membership, plus additional discounts on Encounters, The Gift Shop, and H2O Photos. Gold Members also get two seasonal Bring-A-Friend Tickets they can use during the year outside of the normally scheduled, all-Member Bring-A-Friend Days.

Behind The Scenes Encounters

All Members receive a 10% discount on their behind-the-scenes Encounters. Choose from a Penguin Pop-In, Sea Turtle Encounter, Shark and Ray In-Water Encounter, or one of each!

Gold Members receive a one-time 20% discount for an Encounter. Once used, all subsequent Encounters are at a 10% discount.
