The enjoyment and safety of our guests is our first priority at Adventure Aquarium. To make sure that you have a great adventure, you’ll need to select a time to begin your journey. Your time will be printed on your Adventure Pass and you may enter the aquarium up to one hour after your start time.

With your Adventure Pass you’ll get a guide to all of the daily shows and programs at the aquarium. All our crew members have their favorites and insider tips they’ll share with you, maybe even stuff that isn’t on the guide…

Once inside, you may spend as much time as you would like in our exhibits and participate in any number of our shows. We’ve got a lot in store for you during your journey so we suggest you plan to spend three to four hours enjoying your adventure.

Parts of your adventure will bring you closer to the animal world than you’ve ever been! There is plenty to do for everyone at Adventure Aquarium, so stop by the Information Desk before you embark on your adventure and we’ll chart a journey just for you.

Strollers are permitted at Adventure Aquarium. However, we do not rent strollers nor do we have a place to check your stroller in the aquarium. Your journey through the aquarium is more fun when done with your group- especially for our younger guests. For their safety and enjoyment, we ask that those under the age of fourteen be accompanied by an adult at all times.

A limited number of self-service lockers are available for storage of coats, bags and other personal items for $ 1.00 per use. Lockers are available on first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire at the Information Desk in the Lobby for more information.

Food and beverage are permitted only in specified areas of the aquarium with the exception of bottled water which is permitted in all areas.  All of the animals at Adventure Aquarium love to eat but they have their own food, so please don’t give them any of yours!

Smoking is prohibited at Adventure Aquarium. (There is a designated outdoor smoking area on our Deck)

For your convenience and the comfort of all of our guests, all of our restrooms are equipped with baby-changing stations.

The animals at the aquarium crave your attention so no pets or animals of any kind are permitted with the exception of service dogs for our guests with special needs.

Adventure Aquarium is fully accessible for our guests in wheelchairs and for  those for whom steps are a challenge. Just stop by the Information Desk in the Lobby before you begin your journey and we’ll map out a journey catered to your needs. The Information Desk also has a limited number of wheelchairs available for use during your journey,.

Finally, don’t hesitate to contact us before your visit to discuss ways in which we can make your experience enjoyable. We can be reached by phone at 856-365-3300 or via email at info@adventureaquarium.com
