Sea Turtles Up Close

The Sea Turtles Up Close encounter is an interactive tour giving Adventure Aquarium guests the opportunity to meet the Aquarium’s family of sea turtles, including Loggerheads and Greens. Meet and learn more about these fascinating species, which range from rescued sea turtle hatchlings to massive Green and Loggerhead Sea turtles weighing in at hundreds of pounds each! Work with biologists to meet, help care for, train and hand-feed the sea turtles from behind-the-scenes of our 760,000-gallon Ocean Realm exhibit. Guests will receive instructions regarding procedures and guidelines before entering the Ocean Realm exhibit and interacting with the sea turtles.

What You Get: Included in the Sea Turtles Up-Close price is your admission to the aquarium and free parking for 1 car per paid participant. You will also receive a souvenir t-shirt, a photo opportunity of the experience, and memories from the experience of a lifetime!

Cost: $125 per person ($115 for Adventure Passholders). Advanced reservations are required.

Availability: Saturdays and Sundays only. One session per day (1:30 - 2:30 pm), each session is for up to three (3) guests

Requirements: Sea Turtles Up-Close is open to adults and children ages 8 and up. Children ages 8-17 must be accompanied by a participating parental figure (i.e. parent/legal guardian) and must provide proof of age via a Birth Certificate prior to participating in this experience.
